He’s known for his harmonica playing and soulful vocals\, which bring a unique take on classic blues themes. With his band\, “Lazy Mike & the Argyle Jets”\, Lazy Mike performs a mix of original compositions and covers of blues legends like Muddy Waters\, Willie Dixon\, Little Walter Jacobs\, and the Fabulous Thunderbirds. His music is all about keeping the blues alive\, keeping the dance floor jumping\, and entertaining with a focus on heartfelt\, honest performances.​ Joining Mike for this show as always is long time veteran of the Canadian music scene\, John Tanton on Guitar\, and special guests the legendary Bluesman Jack Lavin on Bass guitar\, and the very talented multi instrumentalist Anita Bonkowski on Drums.
